Precision Cast & Machined Components for Food Machinery Applications

In food processing environments, component failure is not just a maintenance issue, it is a hygiene risk, a downtime risk, and a compliance risk. Procurement teams need suppliers who can guarantee cleanability, corrosion resistance, tight dimensional control, and consistent batch quality under demanding operating conditions.

We manufacture precision cast and machined components for food machinery systems where performance, hygiene, and repeatability are critical. This includes housings, casings, flanges, sealing seats, and interface connectors designed specifically for high-sanitation and corrosion-prone environments.

Our capability supports both custom engineering requirements and high-volume batch production, ensuring you can scale supply without compromising specification integrity or food safety standards.

Engineering Capability Built for Hygiene-Critical Performance

Food machinery components must perform under constant cleaning cycles, moisture exposure, and aggressive operating conditions. We support these demands through advanced machining and controlled production processes:

  • High-precision dimensional control (IT6–IT7 tolerance, 0.02 mm position tolerance)

  • 5-axis simultaneous machining for complex geometries and hygienic design features

  • Deep hole drilling capability (10–30× diameter) for internal flow and cleaning channels

This enables the production of parts designed for smooth surfaces, reduced contamination risk, and reliable sealing performance.

Scalable Manufacturing with Full Material Flexibility

With a monthly casting capacity of 850MT, we support both specialised food machinery builds and large-scale OEM programmes.

We supply over 1,000 material grades, including corrosion-resistant and high-performance alloys such as Hastelloy, Inconel, Monel, Stellite, and stainless steels (e.g. 1.4301, 1.4401), allowing procurement teams to match material selection precisely to hygiene, chemical exposure, and thermal requirements.

Component capability includes:

  • Maximum size: Φ710 mm × 300 mm

  • Maximum single-axis size: 1200 mm

  • Unit weight: up to 260kg (steel), 16kg (aluminium), 48kg (copper alloys)

Full Compliance, Testing & Traceability for Food Industry Assurance

Food machinery procurement requires complete confidence in traceability and certification. We deliver this through a fully integrated quality assurance system covering:

  • Heat treatment: carburising, nitriding, carbonitriding, vacuum processing with certification

  • Chemical composition analysis using multi-spark optical emission spectrometers

  • Mechanical testing including high/low temperature impact testing (-196°C), hardness testing, and tensile strength validation

  • Microstructure verification via metallographic microscopy and ferrite analysis

  • Corrosion resistance testing including salt spray, cyclic corrosion, and intergranular corrosion testing

  • Hydrostatic pressure testing up to 10 MPa for sealing integrity validation

Advanced Inspection for Zero-Defect Supply Expectations

To support food industry compliance and reduce supply chain risk, we operate a full suite of inspection and metrology systems:

  • Non-destructive testing (NDT): dye penetrant, magnetic particle inspection, X & Gamma Ray flaw detection

  • Dimensional verification: CMM, 3D scanning, vision measurement systems, ultrasonic thickness measurement

  • Surface integrity and sealing validation: roughness testing, borescope inspection, dynamic balancing

  • Environmental and performance testing: corrosion, pressure, and thermal stability assessments

Every component is delivered with full traceability and documentation suitable for regulated food machinery environments.

Integrated Supply Chain Control

Our production and delivery systems are supported by integrated ERP, CRM, SCM, PLM, and APS platforms, ensuring:

  • Stable production scheduling

  • Full traceability from material to finished component

  • Predictable lead times

  • Rapid response to specification changes

  • Reduced procurement uncertainty

This is backed by a dedicated 35-person customer management team, many with over 15 years of experience in technical manufacturing support and programme delivery.
