Certified Marine-Grade Cast Components for Shipbuilding & Offshore Applications

Marine procurement operates under some of the harshest and most unforgiving conditions in global engineering. Components must withstand continuous saltwater exposure, extreme corrosion risk, structural fatigue, and strict classification society approval requirements, all while maintaining full traceability and lifecycle reliability.

We manufacture certified marine-grade cast components for shipbuilding, offshore platforms, and subsea systems where durability, compliance, and material integrity are non-negotiable.

With approximately EUR 8 million in annual exports to European marine customers, we are a trusted supplier to global shipbuilders and offshore engineering contractors.

Approved by All Major International Classification Societies

We are fully approved by leading global marine classification bodies, ensuring seamless specification and procurement acceptance across international fleets and offshore systems:

  • China Classification Society (CCS)

  • DNV (Det Norske Veritas)

  • Lloyd’s Register (LR)

  • Bureau Veritas (BV)

  • Nippon Kaiji Kyokai (NKK)

  • American Bureau of Shipping (ABS)

  • Korean Register (KR)

  • RINA (Registro Italiano Navale)

These approvals ensure components meet strict standards for marine safety, structural integrity, and long-term operational reliability.

Engineered for Extreme Corrosion & Offshore Performance

Marine environments demand materials and components that resist aggressive corrosion while maintaining structural stability under constant mechanical load.

We specialise in marine-grade materials including:

  • Austenitic stainless steels

  • Super austenitic stainless steels

  • Duplex stainless steels

  • Super duplex stainless steels (e.g. ASTM A995 5A and equivalents)

These materials are selected to ensure long-term resistance to chloride-induced corrosion, pitting, and stress-related degradation.

Advanced Inspection for Marine Safety Assurance

To ensure compliance with classification society requirements, we operate a full suite of marine-grade testing and inspection systems:

  • Non-destructive testing (NDT): dye penetrant and radiographic (X-ray) inspection

  • Ultra-low temperature impact testing (-196°C) for extreme condition validation

  • Full mechanical property verification including hardness and tensile testing

  • Corrosion resistance testing including salt spray, cyclic corrosion, and intergranular resistance

  • Hydrostatic pressure testing up to 10 MPa for sealing and structural integrity

This ensures every component meets stringent marine safety and performance expectations.

Scalable Manufacturing for Global Shipbuilding Supply Chains

With a monthly casting capacity of 850MT, we support both large-scale shipbuilding programmes and specialised offshore engineering projects.

We supply over 1,000 material grades, including high-performance alloys such as Hastelloy, Inconel, Monel, Stellite, and stainless steels (e.g. 1.4301, 1.4401), enabling flexibility across diverse marine operating environments.

Component capability includes:

  • Maximum size: Φ710 mm × 300 mm

  • Maximum single-axis size: 1200 mm

  • Unit weight: up to 260kg (steel), 16kg (aluminium), 48kg (copper alloys)

Full Process Control for Marine Reliability

We maintain strict process control across all manufacturing stages to ensure long-term performance in offshore environments:

  • Heat treatment: carburising, nitriding, carbonitriding, vacuum processing with certification

  • Chemical composition analysis via multi-spark optical emission spectrometers

  • Mechanical testing including tensile strength, hardness, and ultra-low temperature impact testing (-196°C)

  • Microstructure verification using metallographic microscopy and ferrite analysis

  • Corrosion testing including salt spray, cyclic corrosion, and intergranular resistance validation

  • Hydrostatic testing up to 10 MPa for pressure integrity assurance

Integrated Digital Manufacturing & Supply Chain Control

Our operations are supported by integrated ERP, CRM, SCM, PLM, and APS systems, ensuring:

  • End-to-end traceability from raw material to finished component

  • Predictable scheduling for shipbuilding and offshore programmes

  • Reduced procurement risk across complex marine supply chains

  • Rapid response to engineering changes and classification requirements

This is reinforced by a dedicated 35-person customer management team, many with over 15 years of experience supporting global marine and offshore projects.
