Safety Critical Castings & Engineered Metal Solutions for High-Spec Automotive Procurement

When sourcing critical metal components, procurement teams face constant pressure: quality risk, supply chain reliability, certification compliance, and material traceability across increasingly complex specifications. We remove that uncertainty.

As an IATF 16949-certified manufacturing partner, we support demanding industries with fully controlled, end-to-end production and inspection systems aligned with the five core quality management tools: APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and PPAP. This ensures every part is not only manufactured—but fully validated, traceable, and production-ready.

Flexible production capacity up to 850MT, with access to over 1,000 alloy grades, supporting a wide range of engineering applications and supply requirements.

Scalable Capacity. Complex Materials. Zero Compromise.

With a monthly casting capacity of 850MT, we support both high-volume programmes and highly specialised low-volume requirements without sacrificing consistency or compliance.

We supply over 1,000 material grades, giving procurement teams flexibility across complex engineering specifications, including:

Hastelloy • Inconel • Monel • Stellite • Stainless steels (e.g. 1.4301, 1.4401) and other performance alloys

Whether you require corrosion resistance, high-temperature stability, wear resistance, or structural integrity under extreme conditions, we match material performance to application—not just specification.

Component capability includes:

  • Maximum size: Φ710 mm × 300 mm

  • Maximum single-axis size: 1200 mm

  • Unit weight: up to 260kg (steel), 16kg (aluminium), 48kg (copper alloys)

Full Process Control from Material to Final Inspection

Procurement risk is reduced through integrated in-house processing and verification systems covering every stage of production.

Heat treatment capabilities include:
Carburising, Nitriding, Carbonitriding, and Vacuum treatment with full certification traceability.

Advanced material verification includes:

  • Chemical composition analysis via multi-spark optical emission spectrometers (iron, nickel, cobalt, aluminium, copper alloys + nitrogen analysis)

  • Mechanical property testing including high and ultra-low temperature impact testing (-196°C), hardness testing (Brinell, Rockwell, Vickers), and universal tensile testing

  • Microstructural analysis using metallographic microscopy and ferrite measurement

Certified Quality Assurance & Risk Elimination

We support procurement teams with robust, audit-ready inspection systems aligned to global standards.

Testing and validation capabilities include:

  • Full Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): dye penetrant, magnetic particle inspection, X & Gamma radiography

  • Dimensional accuracy: CMM, 3D scanning, vision measurement systems, ultrasonic thickness gauges

  • Corrosion testing: salt spray, cyclic corrosion, intergranular corrosion resistance

  • Pressure testing up to 10 MPa hydrostatic validation

  • Surface, alignment, vibration, and thermal diagnostics using advanced metrology tools

Every component is manufactured with full traceability, documented validation, and compliance-ready certification packs.

Integrated Supply Chain Intelligence

Behind every delivery is a fully connected digital infrastructure - ERP, CRM, SCM, PLM, and APS systems working in synchronisation to ensure:

  • Predictable lead times

  • Controlled production scheduling

  • End-to-end traceability

  • Reduced procurement risk

  • Faster response to specification changes

This is supported by a dedicated 35-person customer management team, many with over 15 years of sector experience, ensuring technical queries, documentation, and programme support are handled without delay.
