Certified Cast & Fabricated Components for General Engineering Applications

General engineering procurement teams face a constant challenge: balancing certified compliance, manufacturing flexibility, material availability, and consistent quality across diverse applications. From structural assemblies to mechanical systems, reliability and certification are essential to avoid downstream risk and approval delays.

We manufacture precision cast, machined, and fabricated components for general engineering applications, supporting industries that require dependable performance across a wide range of structural and mechanical uses.

With approximately EUR 4 million in exports in this sector, we are a proven supplier for OEMs and engineering firms requiring certified, scalable, and traceable manufacturing solutions.

Certified Fabrication for Structural & Welded Engineering Systems

For structural steel and welded assemblies, compliance and traceability are critical to project approval and operational safety.

We are certified to key international standards, including:

  • ISO 3834-2 for fusion welding quality requirements

  • EN 1090-1 CE certification for steel structures (EU CPR compliance)

  • EN 1090-2 technical compliance for steel structural fabrication

These certifications ensure components meet strict European regulatory expectations for structural integrity, weld quality, and safety assurance.

Flexible Manufacturing for Multi-Industry Engineering Needs

With a monthly casting capacity of 850MT, we support both general fabrication projects and complex engineered assemblies across multiple industries.

We supply over 1,000 material grades, including high-performance alloys such as Hastelloy, Inconel, Monel, Stellite, and stainless steels (e.g. 1.4301, 1.4401), ensuring compatibility across structural, mechanical, and environmental applications.

Component capability includes:

  • Maximum size: Φ710 mm × 300 mm

  • Maximum single-axis size: 1200 mm

  • Unit weight: up to 260kg (steel), 16kg (aluminium), 48kg (copper alloys)

End-to-End Quality Control for Engineering Reliability

Engineering components must perform reliably across varied loads, environments, and lifecycle conditions. We ensure this through full-process quality control:

  • Heat treatment: carburising, nitriding, carbonitriding, vacuum processing with certification

  • Chemical composition analysis via multi-spark optical emission spectrometers

  • Mechanical testing including tensile strength, hardness, and ultra-low temperature impact testing (-196°C)

  • Microstructure verification using metallographic microscopy and ferrite measurement

  • Corrosion resistance testing including salt spray, cyclic corrosion, and intergranular resistance validation

  • Hydrostatic testing up to 10 MPa for sealing and pressure integrity

Advanced Inspection & Validation for Structural Confidence

To ensure safety, durability, and compliance across general engineering applications, we operate a full suite of inspection systems:

  • Non-destructive testing (NDT): dye penetrant, magnetic particle inspection, X & gamma ray flaw detection

  • Dimensional and geometric verification: CMM, 3D scanning, vision measurement systems, ultrasonic thickness measurement

  • Surface and structural validation: profile measurement, roughness testing, borescope inspection

  • Dynamic and mechanical testing: balancing systems and calibration instruments

  • Comprehensive metrology tools for full engineering validation

Every component is fully traceable and delivered with certification packages suitable for regulated engineering environments.

Integrated Manufacturing & Supply Chain Control

Our production systems are supported by integrated ERP, CRM, SCM, PLM, and APS platforms, enabling:

  • End-to-end traceability across materials and production stages

  • Predictable scheduling for multi-sector engineering projects

  • Reduced procurement risk and improved supplier reliability

  • Fast response to design changes and technical requirements

This is supported by a dedicated 35-person customer management team, many with over 15 years of experience in industrial engineering supply chains.
